The bees do like to be beside the seaside! A hard to find honey variety from hives taken to the salt marshes of the North Norfolk coast. Sea Lavender honey has an incredible salted caramel flavour. Very limited and available exclusively here.

Honey’s antimicrobial quality is measured by the term “Total Activity (TA)”. The higher the TA score the greater the antimicrobial strength.
Most unpasteurised and coarse filtered ("raw") honey types possess some activity level, usually on a scale from 1 to 20. Honeys with Total Activity over 10+ are considered to have substantial antimicrobial properties.

We tried and bought this whilst on holiday earlier this year & it is the most fantastic honey. There is a tiny hint of salt that just changes the honey. We have bought and tried lots of honey and this is our favourite - perfect on home made sourdough toast.

A really lovely taste
Love this honey, think it might be my favourite so far. It has a distinctive taste, a bit like salted caramel. Lovely spread on toast or in plain yoghurt but I just eat it straight from the jar!
