Honey’s antimicrobial quality is measured by the term “Total Activity (TA)”. The higher the TA score the greater the antimicrobial strength.

Most unpasteurised and coarse filtered ("raw") honey types possess some activity level, usually on a scale from 1 to 20. Honeys with Total Activity over 10+ are considered to have substantial antimicrobial properties.

My 5 year old loves it too!

My wife and I are huge fans of your ethical, yummy tasting honey having eaten our way through your mutlipack. We love them all, including our 5 year old daughter who says its the best!!! We're life long converts!

Wonderful, subtle honeys.

I love the British Autumn honey - delicious, rich but fine flavour. Wonderful to be able to source British raw honey.

summer glow

lovely honey, as golden as the summer sun, love it on my morning porridge, will always have a jar in my cupboard.

Golden honey

As soon as took the lid of the pot the beautiful smell of 'proper' honey wafted my way. It made me smile.
Not a fan of Slight waxy taste
But still great honey. Would buy again.

Good Honey

I’ve previously bought through Amazon as I’ve needed an unpasteurised honey and was really pleased at what was a great tasting honey (Also from Exmoor and black bees so all pluses for me as we stay there every year!!) so I’ve gone direct and have ordered the honey again. So this time, it has a slightly waxy taste, which is fine, but not so much to my personal taste ( I may be a heathen, idk 😐) however, this is still a good honey and I’m guessing it depends on where the honey has come from, so I’m expecting the next to be different again!
