A limited edition, hand numbered batch of floral gin delicately sweetened with British Summer honey, to complement the gin's floral notes.

We collaborated with the excellent, Bristol Distilling Co who hand picked a range of botanicals which would work with the subtle sweetness of our honey.

The addition of honey rounds off the sharper edges of gin, so you could even try this over ice or in a gin cocktail with a bit less sugar than your usual recipe. Whichever way you choose, it's absolutely delicious.
