Lemon & Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

This simple Lemon & Honey Vinaigrette Dressing is great drizzled over a green salad or cooked veggies - it's particularly good over warm French beans - or try stirred through a cous cous salad.

Perfect made with the remains of a jar of honey, you might need to add a bit more.

  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Black Bee Honey
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Add all your ingredients to a jam jar with a lid - an almost empty Black Bee Honey jar would be ideal - shake the jar hard (don't forget to put the lid on!) until everything has combined and the oil has emulsified. 

This dressing will keep in the jar in the fridge for about a week - just give it a shake before using.
