Absolutely Delicious

I bought a jar of the British Spring from a stall in Tisbury. It is absolutely delicious particularly spread on buttered sourdough. It is an excellent consistency - smooth and creamy. I also applaud the small sizing of the jar. A first class honey 🏆

Great tasting honey

I could say this about any of the black bee honey, it's great honey. Simply that, each one is different in taste but simply and elegantly described in the tasting notes on the jars. Me, I love the variety they offer, as I cook with them more than I do drizzled over porridge or spread on toast. But they would work just as weak here too.

Love this honey

Bought in a food festival in Bath - it’s just so creamy. Daft to say, given this is honey after all, but it doesn’t seem excessively sweet (like so much supermarket honey is). Perfectly set. Tastes amazing on sourdough toast. Just finished the first jar so ordered two more. Perfect.
