A limited edition, hand numbered batch of floral gin delicately sweetened with raw British Summer honey, to complement the gin's floral notes.

We collaborated with the excellent, Bristol Distilling Co who hand picked a range of botanicals which would work with the subtle sweetness of our honey.

The addition of honey rounds off the sharper edges of gin, so you could even try this over ice or in a gin cocktail with a bit less sugar than your usual recipe. Whichever way you choose, it's absolutely delicious.

Each jar you buy supports our pollinators - giving back 2% of all sales to create wildflower meadows, a vital habitat for honey bees.

Every jar of honey is carbon neutral. We offset all emissions by supporting a range of projects around the world.

All of our honeys have antimicrobial properties also known as ‘Total Activity’.

As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to reliquefy.
