Most unpasteurised and coarse filtered ("raw") honey types possess some activity level, usually on a scale from 1 to 20. Honeys with Total Activity over 10+ are considered to have substantial antimicrobial properties.

Spring Honey

A wonderful smooth slightly firmer textured honey. Great for eating off the spoon a real subtle taste of spring. Excellent, I love the idea that this is all British honey well done guys.

Smooth

Having discovered the delights of Spring honey during a recent trip to northern Denmark I came home determined to find a UK equivalent. This is slightly sweeter and more compact than the Danish equivalent but still light and far superior to the supermarket brands that turned me off honey some 30 years ago. Will certainly buy again!

Beautiful honey

The Spring honey from Black Bee is outstanding. The flavour is amazing and it has a creamy consistency. I highly recommend it.

A taste of Spring

Forget supermarket honey. When you eat this, you can taste the flowers foraged by those beautiful bees. I bet you'll never go back!
