The British Summer is created by bees from a wonderful mix of wildflowers, this honey has a rich golden colour and a heady, floral flavour.
Seaside is a hard to find honey variety from hives taken to the salt marshes of the North Norfolk coast. Sea Lavender honey has an incredible salted caramel flavour. Very limited and available exclusively here.
The British Heather is the connoisseur’s choice and known as the British Manuka. A limited edition honey with a toffee colour with a satisfying crunchy texture and an aromatic and smokey flavour.
Our new British Autumn Honey is made by bees taken up onto the North Yorkshire moors in August when the Ling Heather is in bloom.

Summer Seaside Autumn triplepack
All old favourites, all delicious. Honey is best on hot toast, preferably wholemeal for me, but hot toddies, in cooking the taste of all these honeys shine through.

Wouldn’t buy honey from anywhere else
Second purchase of a 3 honey gift set, the seaside being the only one I haven’t tried so I was eager to open first.
Wow! It is sweet and has a caramel/toffee hint. I personally wouldn’t buy honey from anywhere else since I have tasted black bee honey, yes a little more expensive but in this case you really get what you pay for.
