Honey’s antimicrobial quality is measured by the term “Total Activity (TA)”. The higher the TA score the greater the antimicrobial strength.

Most unpasteurised and coarse filtered ("raw") honey types possess some activity level, usually on a scale from 1 to 20. Honeys with Total Activity over 10+ are considered to have substantial antimicrobial properties.

Great product. Poor order fulfillment of order.

Not a regular honey buyer and this was my first raw honey purchase. It's delicious honey and I may well buy it again. However next time probably through Amazon alas... The reason being, despite giving clear and comprehensive delivery details for my workplace it was sent to a business park 200 yards away with the same unit number because the wrong option was selected from the postcode drop down probably. Fortunately they guessed it was for our unit as there was no company name on it as mentioned earlier. Unfortunately they had opened it first and I think dropped it as there was a big dent in the lid which means the jar was leaking and always seems to be which is annoying for a premium price product.

Great Traste

a great tasting British Honey - it stayed liquid for the duration that the jar was open
(which admittedly wasn't long as it was consumed within the week), hence back on their website to buy another couple of jars !
Free delivery with 2 jars or more - what's not to like ?
