I have tried nearly all the honeys from Black Bee. They are all excellent and each have their own qualities but I think the Spring Honey and London Honey pack is the best combo. One is pale, the other golden. One is a spreader, the other a spooner. One is from country flora, the other from urban flora. One is flowery in character, the other caramely in character. Essentially the best of both worlds!

Being a relatively new to honey I am glad to say both these honey's exceeded my expectations. They are truly delightful.
