Renamed from our Festive honey, this Winter Ivy honey combines fresh, herbal and lightly menthol flavours with a sweet, ripe finish. Light in colour but a heavyweight in flavour. Ivy honey crystallises rapidly which means it sets in the jar. Definitely not a runny honey!

Wonderful Honey
There is a depth of flavour that you do not get in blended, supermarket honey. You can taste the different flower tones in the honey.
