Introducing you to Will

We recently welcomed a new member to the Black Bee Honey team, Will Bowerman who will be looking after sales and accounts. We asked Will a few questions…
Hi Will, great to have you on board at Black Bee Honey!
Tell us a bit about your background
‘I am the youngest of three boys from a mixed family farm of beef cattle, sheep & arable cropping in Wiltshire. I have always been involved with the food industry, whether it be “hands on” farming across the globe, as far off as Australia, or previous commercial jobs within Food/FMCG. I attended the Royal Agricultural University, and in 2019 I graduated with a BSc in Agriculture’
What attracted you to Black Bee Honey as a business?
‘I have always been interested in honey and bees since helping my dad with the hives on our farm when I was younger. When I saw the company, and it’s passion for bees, the environment & sustainability, I thought this is something I can really get behind, and a company I can be proud to be a part of’
What do you get up to outside work?
‘I play rugby for my local village team, help out on the family farm, and I am also a keen cook and gardener’
What’s your favourite way to eat honey?
‘I like honey drizzled over a pizza, especially if it has some fresh chillies chucked in with it too!’
